** The borrowing date is limited to national holidays, venue is used for sports courses on weekdays, and is not open for borrowing.

STEP1. Please refer to the timetable for the borrowing of sports venues of Tunghai University. For the charging standard, please refer to the Business Regulations - Management Measures for the Borrowing of Each Venue

STEP2. Call the sports equipment room to check the borrowing status

STEP3. Fill in the record form of equipment borrowing

STEP4. Pay the deposit

STEP5. Student Association or Club leaders, please go to the student information system website to download the application form for club activities

STEP6. Get Approval by relevant units

STEP7. Seven days before the event, please go to the sports equipment room, issue a payment notice, and pay the fee to the cashier section, take the receipt to the sports equipment room, and get the venue certificate (if the fee needs to be paid, the sports equipment room will issue a payment notice to the cashier section, Pay the fee, take the receipt to the sports equipment room and get the venue certificate after photocopying)

STEP8. Those who have not violated the relevant regulations after the event will be refunded the deposit for the on-

campus unit borrowing registration period

1. The exact registration date is subject to the latest news announcement
2. If multiple units borrow the same period, it will be handled by negotiation or drawing lots

4. If there is room after semester starts, free registration will be opened
